Just wondered why we had to rent a hospitality suite for 12 or 24 hours at a time even if we only need it for 3 hours?

Just doent make sense to me

12 hour time slots are used to allow for set-up and clean-up times. Apparently, it's pretty standard.

I realise that leaves a lot of redundant time on your end... Have you considered splitting the difference with another company? Perhaps you could share your time slot with someone else...?

I am curious though, what happens after 6pm? Presumably everything at the Florida show this year is off-site?

Because we're taking over the whole hotel, there should be more stuff happening ON-site at night. I can't tell you what's happening yet though; it's a little early to know what people are planning... others just aren't as on the ball as you are, darling.
