Just wondered why we had to rent a hospitality suite for 12 or 24 hours at a time even if we only need it for 3 hours?
Just doent make sense to me

12 hour time slots are used to allow for set-up and clean-up times. Apparently, it's pretty standard.
I realise that leaves a lot of redundant time on your end... Have you considered splitting the difference with another company? Perhaps you could share your time slot with someone else...? [/b][/quote]
We could definately split the time slot with someone else however... I dont know many companies that would be happy splitting the cost to have between the hours of 6am and 6pm ;)
I am curious though, what happens after 6pm? Presumably everything at the Florida show this year is off-site?
