We are in the paysite business ourself, however at some occasions our development team have partnered with other companies - projects have typical been total backend/frontend + strategy. Each situation have been unique, however in 2005 we are planning to bring a more "wide solution" to the table. Still not hourly billed outsourcing - more like a partnership, where partners exploit one another ;-)))
