I'm wondering how many more boards are going to change over the weekend.
And GFY really went all-out... the post icons are ADS saucers, there's an ADS ad in every third post, the background is different, the post buttons have saucers in them...
Got some hot-headed folks over there who are NOT happy about having their names associated with that 3rd-post-advertisement thing.

Why does it seem like the mentality of webmaster advertising lately has to do with pissing people off with annoying ads, sounds, and now entire site branding?

I agree Cherry. There's advertising, then there's shoving it down your throat - but you have to admit this does break new ground and is one hell of an idea.

Months from now when people need a dialer, it's nearly guaranteed that ADS will be the first one they think of thanks to this.

I must say, it looks so much better here then the way the colors are twisting our eyes on GFY.

I predict Oprano is going to grab a lot of market share from GFY thanks to this campaign.
