Looking for banner programs

Hi -

I'm looking for a good banner program that will :

- Display banners & text links
- Allow for rotation of those banners
- Track impressions and click-thrus
- Have some decent click-fraud protection built in
- Display stats to banner account holders.

If anyone has any good suggestions please let me know.

Im using OpenX but I dont think there is any click fraud built in.
THe price is great as it is free and its the only other rotation program Ive used besides Central Ad

I too have heard great things about OpenX - and from what I know of it - it can serve an entire network. http://www.openx.org/
