It seems to be related to a beef with Reality Kings (RK Netmedia) that dates back to 2007. No idea what the details are on that.

I think there's far more to it than that. She didn't officially register the trademark and file suit against RK until after they had a falling out.

A good example of this is the fight Tera Patrick had with Digital Playground...when they tried to retain rights to her name, and exclude her from using it at all.
The courts took a dim view of that.
