FWIW I *like* Chris and Brandi ... I have stayed silent on the issue as MJ said no one knows at least with proof solid what is going on with that legal issue. Thats the courts judgement and I dont want to speculate on whats going on there even though Ive heard several bits and pieces.

BTW I think what youve had to do with your Porn Kings settlement is also wise. Content thieves in this business need to be punished. You have any idea why he cut and ran and left us high and dry on the DRM deal? We had some real scrambling to do that was very costly and he just stopped answering his phone after blaming everyone involved but himself. Or is this just a dirty little secret no one likes to talk about?

from the way I saw it all go down, there was a discrepancy discovered in the amount of rebills that were paid out to affiliates, and instead of dealing with it, chris got bitchy with nats on the phone (from what I hear this is pretty normal of chris)..

after they locked the nats install affiliates could still log in, the only thing that gets locked is the main admin....NATS even said they would allow them to log in and pay affiliates as long as lawyers were present....xclusivecash said no

tucker walked into all this right in the middle and had NO idea about any of it, and I DO feel bad for him, BUT what made me lose any, if not all, respect that I did have for him, was a few months ago they secretly switched from nats to mpa3 across all their sites and didn't inform their affiliates....3 affiliates that I know personally found out by just happening to go to an old gallery they had up and click the nats link and it directed with no codes...tucker/chris sent no warning out or even told anyone before hand...that is some shady shit...i understand the need to get new tracking up, but that is something that should have been widely announced

Interesting? It was the Chinese curse. Him and his buddy got our business along with a few others I am sure. Then one day, they just kind of out of the blue folded it. We were stuck with a whole lot of encoded videos, which had been costly and painful to get set up. These clowns took forever and charged large for it. I talked to Tucker who always seemed to be driving his Escalade or whatever it was when he talked to me, more promises of rescue, then the calls stopped. Except for one (or was it an email) where he demanded last months payment for service. Man that guy had some balls asking for that. Really bad businessman. I don't care that he runs some big ass photo joint, he still has the capacity to stiff his clients. I wouldn't trust him as far as the length of my keyboard.
