That you really can't make it in this business without I am realizing more and more every day !! The old saying 'Rome wasn't built in a day' has more meaning now to me as well...

I voted more than once a day, but that has more to do with having a personality flaw that results in a short fuse when I get stressed. It doesn't matter what projects they are: adult, non adult, the casserole in the oven, whatever.

If someone can't deliver they get added to a list of those never to do business with again. Others are then sought who can deliver on time and within budget. I have a ballpein hammer too ..

When it's my own stuff to do I get bored and distracted FAR too easily and can lose progress big time or drop something altogether. If it's something I am doing for someone else I make sure it gets done asap.

I started to submit galleries in Nov 04, and since I only work part time it is taking time to build up the amount I'm earning. I try not to think about the results I'm getting now and just concentrate on plugging away.

If I'm being honest considering the amount of galleries I've got "in the wild" as it were, I think I've not done too badly the past couple of months. To begin with I was only pushing one sponsor and things were pretty lean.

I'm now alternating between two sponsors and have seen my earnings increase to the point where it is actually worth doing the work

I'm well aware thought that you need to have 1000's of galleries out there before you can start making any serious bank.

I was reading a post in Shemp's forum on MP and he was talking about a friend of his that started submitting galleries and didn't make a cent in two years ! I figure if I can manage to do better than that without having an industry vet to advise me then I must be destined for bigger and better things

I hope your using those galleries on your own hub/freesite/tgp as well with a good link structure........... you could get a lot of se traffic.

Well, I at the moment they are not being used to their full potential. Basically I use my domain to submit with, but I don't have a TGP, basically I just have a load of galleries sat there on a server. I really need to get something done about it but really I would need someone who has done it before to talk me through getting it all set up. I also don't have a mega amount of money to invest so I would need to use some sort of free program to get set up.
