Utah, a judge ruled today that ephedra can now be sold again in diet products, ruling it a food and not a drug LOL

Actually, he ruled that it has to be rexamined by the FDA as a food, not a drug...

It still cannot be sold from what I read earlier.

well, apparently I was wrong and the ban is lifted. However, you can expect a quick appeal by the FDA I would imagine.

The problem is not the ephedra based stuff iMHO it is the METH that they will create from these products being readily available to the public.
