London, NUMBER ONE,
ITALY, YEALY PILGRIMAGE,
(swear to God, if hurricanes destroy my house- I'm moving to suburbs of Rome!)
and #3 is...Scotland

Eastern Europe:
1) Poland ( we were LUCKY! we visited Poland with the Jewish guy who was 10, living in Krakow when war had started and survived the ghettos and showed us around)
2) Prague
3) Budapest

London and Scotland surprise me.... I'm not sure why.

I have not been to London, save for an overnight stay this year on the way to Spain. We did check out the London Theatre District and saw a few sights though.

We were in Ireland for 5 days.... I assume Scotland is similar in alot of ways?

Rome has been my favorite so far.... but I have not travelled 1/10th as much as you have... yet!

I think I am going to Europe again this year... Prague and Switzerland are on the itinerary.

...and that is cool that you had such a great tour guide for Poland.... it was nice to see in your picture that the country is being rebuilt and looking good. Was this just the case in a couple main city centers or is the country in general being rebuilt nicely?

I was moving in the trian thru Poland 25 years ago on my way to USA..it's day and nite!
The country as a whole is getting better, Poland is on it's way. Warsay was COMPLETELY destroyed on the orders of Hitler aftert the uprising....few buildings were left in the whole city, can you inmagine that everythign I shot in Warsaw wasn't there in 1945?????

I LOVE Costa Rica!

I'm sure that you are going there because Costa Rica asked USA to strike them out from the list of "Coalition of Willing" because they are "Peace Loving Nation"
;-)))

where exactly are you going?
(BTW, food there is less than remarkable ;-(
