Earlier this month I would have characterized Oprano as the most closeminded TGP illiterate webmaster group on the planet. Several of us worked together to start this creative pot to cooking and the idea was unmercifully dismissed and scoffed at. I wont even get into the rest of past events.
Almost a month to the day you guys have surprised the SHIT out of me.
The issue was discussed intelligently... minds were opened including one that started a thread saying PORN IS DEAD.
The result is for the first time in a long time I see something exciting starting to cook here. Its a melding of old school meets new marketing and its extremely refreshing.
I will indeed create a private chatroom and I will distribute that information to all interested via email.
What do you say? Monday 9PM EST?

Gonzo... Shemp was the one that chose to stop participating a month ago... no one here has ever been closed minded about making money from TGPs imho.. just not very respectful of "tgpers" who submit gals for a living.

Im not going to beat a dead horse here except to say he was an invited guest here that had little to gain and plenty to contribute. If I was in his shoes and in the same situation I would have chose to do the same as he did.
My mistake was thinking that everyone would see that he had plenty to offer and very little to gain.
You are correct though...it is his choice to participate or not. However he still has been sighted here from time to time.

I don't think opranauts could have worked with anyone but other opranauts on this ... its kinda unspoken (or spoken well enough by vick!) how we all feel about the free porn providers ruining our paysite business - but none of us are stupid either, we know that timing is everything & we've all seen the volume's of traffic that we've lost.
There's something to be said for knowing each others goals without having to state them ... that's what happens when the same group has worked together for 6+ years.

The biggest pronblem I've had is getting my non-porn shit listed...example, I'll submit a gallery with a hot babe, but the adverst are all regarding my ebook on how to make money on ebay and for some reason it rubs the TGP owner the wrong way...I figure, what the fuck, he got what his surfers wanted: some free porn and I get fresh eyes to my ebooks...

what is loosely referred to as 'the family' is just a group of people who have known each other for ages, back before any of us knew dick about the internet, and we know how each other works and what our assets are in this biz.
