It has NOTHING to do with business we made,
it has nothing to do with anything I expect in return,
but it has EVERYTHING to do with:
when and if I need a favor,
I NEVER hear NO from the guys.
There are people on the net I can count on my hands I can say the same thing,
and THIS for me MUCH more important than implied charecter flaws, etc, etc some people atribute to them.

I rest my case.

So you're getting ready to ask them for a favor, huh?

P.S. I love those guys.

Your boyish good looks and slightly gayish Birtish accent makes the babes go nuts and the guys are jealous...

I'm working on the expanding waistline and spam empire building, but getting better with the British accent........

Alex, why not just go to court and get it settle by a judge?

Just wondering...

Exposure.....

Expose the frauds in this business and maybe someone else won't get screwed. Even if it is one, that is an accomplishment.

Plus Serge loves the exposure on his board too.

Alex - there's one question I never saw an answer to, if it's been posted please forgive me

Did you have on entrance consoles opening on the tour pages traffic was being sent to?

If so was that covered in your agreement?

For those who are new to the industry, or just new to oprano, let me explain this strange, messed up situation...

1 of the parties involved is a proven, self confessed scam artist who will lie to their supposed friends to try to make a few bucks. The other party has run a legitimate business for 7 years and worked with industry leaders the other party could only dream of working with.

1 of the parties will be in this business for as long as they want to be, the other party has to hide for fear of one of their victims taking revenge.

1 of the parties involved has a few friends at oprano who will accept them no matter who they fuck, the other party has friends everywhere in the business who will do business with them because they know they won't get fucked.

1 of these parties only knows 1 way to generate traffic ... the other party knows 100's of ways. 1 of these parties could send you a few signups a day, the other a few hundred.

1 of these parties is nice guys, 1 of them pretends to be to find a way they can fuck you.

Serge, I know you are trying to make some controversy here, and I know you don't give a fuck about business anymore because you've achieved your goals. But some of us who contribute to Oprano aren't quite finished yet ... I had thought that you shared the same view of making Oprano a place where real webmasters with real business go - I must have misunderstood because here you are slagging off one of the industries most successful companies for the sake of controversy.

I guess we should stop bothering with increasing oprano's overall quality - what's the point if you send all the good webmasters we bring in packing because your friends ripped them off?

Nick and Anthony have always made their own beds - they like to earn their money quickly with as much damage to others as possible & make no secret of it. Why should the rest of us support them at the expense of losing our own potential for legitimate business?!?!

Sorry Nick & Ant, but dishonesty between family shits me. This week's quote from the handbook:

"The most important thing in your business relationships is a reputation for honesty. If you can genuinely and sincerely fake honesty, you'll be a success, never doubt it."

cj,
you are a young lassie,
so I take the liberty and give you advice you can take to the bank and thank me 10-20-30-50 years from now.

There are friends, family and everybody else..
The business associates you think high of today are the scumbags of tomorrow.

At the end of the day ONLY your friends and Family are the ones you are with,
buisness associates are gone.

I have a feeling you learned a few lessons along the same lines in your young life,
but...time to use PRACTICAL applications of lessons learned.

LMK if there are points of my simple statement you do not understand and I'll elaborate

so you took the entire payment and ran after sending only 15 000 hits & felt that was fair because they had an entrance console?

I wanna try this method ... it seems much easier than working for a living!

Can someone send me some money? I promise I'll send traffic ...

Vick, they weren't my sites to start with but to answer your question, yes there was and when it was brought to my attention, it was taken care of immediately. I also made an attempt to rectify the situation by offering compensation to them as I thought that would be the fair thing to do.

For the amount of traffic that Nick sent, I was ready to compensate him for 40 joins @ 25.00 per join or $1000.00 which would have been roughly a 1:75 conversion ratio for him.

Instead Nick decided to keep the entire $15k

There wasn't a written agreement per say. More of hey we will send joins but we need to be prepaid. Jason and I were new to this part of the business as the only mailings we ever did were to our canceled members.

I'm not so worried about the 15k as Nick and Anthony obviously need it more than Jason or I do. I'm just hear to state the facts and to beware if you choose to deal with these two characters.

Jason and I take part of the blame for this as well as we should of understood this part of this business more and actually ask Nick what he expects. But by the same token, for the small amount of traffic he sent, I don't believe he should have kept the entire $15k

I'm sure Nick will tell you a different story but not much I can do about that.

cj,
and who are the "industry leaders"?

(is being indited is a pre-requisit of "industry leadership"?)

your so-called "industry leaders" on the high horse of the moral principles would take the traffic from mass murderers if they can make a buck on it

cj, once again you gave me more credit than I deserved.

The ONLY reason for Oprano's creation, and
Meat, Aga, Nick, MikeAI, Anthony would confirm that,
I needed $5000 a month income to keep SSS, Inc afloat,
(I like to have a company for business reasons)

$2 mils Oprano has made was absolutelly unexpected and was never my goal, and neither all the nobel causes you THINk were behind it's creation.

I am at the point where I just enjoy talking to the people I like, bust the heads I don't like and I personally use Oprano as my social calender more than anything.

you are putting me on the pedestal which is not mine

Well Alex - I thank you for your answer and I'm certainly not the judge in this case but I get the feeling there's probably more to the picture than meets the eye here

That being said, you can probably give up your smear campaign about Nick here. We've know Nick for years and ... we love him. He's family. Most here will take Nick's side (not that he needs it)

Most likely dragging this on here is going to damage your reputation

Sorry you couldn't work things out but Hacer la vista gorda

Matter of opinion Serge....

Although I will say it is a close call

Turkish one is very refined pistachio, while Greeks use barely crushed almonds and ONLY Turks serve it with kaymak

Maybe you can translate the greek saying of your dad into Turkish?

I understand Turkish a little...and I am sure your dad and grand dad speak decent Turkish too

Before this even goes any further. Before we took this last agreement with JSA, we had one previous. We sent mass emails that converted for us on behalf of JSA at 1:75. The sponsor we were sending too is known for his "counting", yet we showed decent numbers. It made us wonder what our true numbers were in the first place.

Nevertheless, we entered this second agreement with JSA for more traffic.
We sent traffic, between 40 to 60k to one sponsor that got us a total of 10 signups. I kept sending even after the supposedly dropped their on entry consoles. Still abysmal signups.

Another sponsor, we sent to for about a day and a half, and that sponsor who JSA sent us too, showed us with less than 100 clicks. We found out later that they changed the linking code on us and "forgot" to tell us.

We spent money bringing online a new network with major provider, a big pipe, servers, programs, time spent getting this new network up, which I told JSA about.

I rec'd an email stating to stop sending traffic, and return money one day. Right after we spent resources and money getting a new network that we didn't need, to work the traffic wanted by JSA. Wonderful.

So, great. Now, we are supposed to eat the all the money and resources lost on clicks sent, that we got shitty conversions on due to on entrance consoles, wrong links, and now a new network.

I'm not even going into the posts about getting Nick's Home address, and the subesquent threats.

Boolsheet.

Vick,
I know Nick like no other on this board.

When I met Nick,
it was during intercourse when ScottPB and me were actually fucking Nick from both ends, he was so honest, he didn't even see it coming.

When I met Nick,
he couldn't fuck a fly with wings torn off.

He tried to fuck me just for a pure sport of it,
it lasted 24 hours and we still laugh about it. Fucking people is NOT in his nature.

What IS in his nature,
is to fuck oen right back and with prejudice when he catches somebody fucking him.

As men we all can understand it, even if cj can't....

Just thought about it a little further and if there was money to be made in the deal you can believe Nick would be all over it,

why supposedly take 15K when you could make hundreds of thousands or even millions?

so .......

..... the numbers aren't adding up

Boolsheet.
The almighty Anthony has spoken....to bad you are dillusional as well and forget to mention all the emails I sent you the last 2 months and the BS you tried to have me believe....

Get a backbone Anthony.

S o we actually sent 40 - 60000 not 3000.

40000 @ 75 = 533.3 joins @ 25 =13325

60000@ 75 = 800 joins @ 25 = USD 20,000

PLUS 2 days to the switched urls.

Amt Alex credited ( by his own words) $1000.00

numbers making sense now Vick.

I wonder how many people would have sent the money back to save there "rep"?

I wonder how many have?

I got fucked.

Its rare , but it happens. ;-)))

And Serge...you do know me well

You hit the nail right on the head.

We wanted a long term relationship, we wanted someone we could trust to send our traffic too when the situation came up.

This all started with me doing a friend a favor. Helping him broker signups. He worked for JSA and he got pushed out of the deal, totally. Once it showed from our first mailout for them to make a ton of money. Funny thing is, my buddy wanted to do the right thing, and broker signups for me, and double dip, so he told them what he was doing so he didn't feel like he was sneaking around. So much for honesty there huh? He got cut right out. I should have known there for myself what I was getting myself into.

Hell, they even tried to change the number we wanted on signups without telling me. Which I had to correct.

Fucking BS.
