The phony delivery person dropped off many of the items
that were in the original order. Two of the items looked
very suspicious in the way they were wrapped. Albertsons
said everything should be thrown out. A picture of the
delivery person was taken downstairs. That I will turn

A grocery boy from Albertson's showed up at Confucy's house and took her picture without her permission and then left her some tainted grocery's. Do I have that part right?
So, here's what I can't figure out. Why does confucy keep referring to it as an alleged photograph? Doesn't saying that a grocery delivery guy took her picture without her permission support the fact that it is her in the photograph?
And... if it is indeed her, does anyone think that photo looks like a snapshot that was taken without the person knowing or expecting it or does it look like she is looking straight at the camera with a smile on her face?

That picture was taken a week and a half ago. How long does it take to develop the pictures from "downstairs" and turn it over to the authorities? And what exactly did that person do wrong? If there were laws broken, why didn't you do something about it that day?
