We have thought about this before... I love college b-ball. The only issues is how to run/manage a contest.
If you can think of some ways that are feasable, I would be up for it!

Pick the entire 64 team tourney to the final before it starts. No picking for each set of games. Point system based on each round. Most points at end wins.
