Epoch Cross Sells

Ok, so has anyone tried Epoch's EZClicks cross sells with sites other than your own?

Does it work and make a buck or just create charge back and refund problems?

Ditto for other processors...I just haven't bothered to figure out how to do it with anyone other than Epoch...

Yes, it works well for a few of my clients. If you have some amateur sites you want to cross sell with them, I am sure they would be interested.

I find cross sales work BEST with amateur girls. Bundling a few together, and giving a little discount does very well. Retention is there as well!

We also do cross sell with Ibill. We offer a $2 trial and buy them for $15. It's a little trickier to set up than Epoch's cross sell, but works just the same.

We don't do pre-checks and we have no problems with chargebacks. We saw virtually no difference in the % accepted when we tried pre-checks, so definately didn't think it was worth the extra risk.

I'd never do pre-checks.

I've never been one to push the edge of the envelop on anything that might result in someone being surprised by a charge. And consequently I've never had any problems with chargebacks.

Cross sells do work and several of our Netbilling clients use them as well. BE CAREFUL as they will increase your chargebacks in many circumstances, especially preched cross-sells.
