this run through is probably going to happen all by itself.. I know back when the IRS froze all my accounts and blocked my paychecks, of all the people that pay(ed) me at the time, they had the shadiest, most questionable dealings with NetMgt - and that's from my collection agent's mouth (and his group manager), not mine.

Workman possibly is a scumbag, but he is not stupid. There is something called client/attorney priviledge. To change teams midstream would be the worst thing he could do to his own posistion.
Sure its nice to think that Workman had a change of heart, converted over and apologized.... it just ignored ANOTHER fact about attorneys. They have NO hearts, and the surely have no concept of guilt. Attorneys can justify and rationalize ANYTHING!
