What a fucking game! Down 15 and then take the win! 50th anniversary of the ACC tournament and 5 in a row for Coach K and the boys!

Ok, I'll be going to try and find my voice now

Coach K is a great coach, and a wonderful person.

Even at the Jordan camp, his team won 2 years in a row that I was there. He is amazing.

I am a Duke fan, because of Coach K!

OMG Matt, you are so right... Kansas, Arizona and Duke all in the same bracket is just a clusterfuck. Kentucky and Texas (provided they can hang tough against Maryland when it comes to it) have the closest thing to a cakewalk there is, and the East bracket isn't very tough either, all things considered.

So, are we doing a pool Michael?

West is very tough, there was a lot of unfair seating in my opinion. Arizona and Kentucky deserve to play each other in championship game...

Interesting to see if they postpone, or cancel the NCAA Tourny

I don't see how they can cancel it... I think the real problem is with CBS... if they have to provide war coverage then they will lose a ton of money on their deal with the NCAA.

I was reading the other day where they would have to give their local and cable stations the option of running the games instead of the news coverage, but they would still have to run the war to fulfill their public interest obligations... something like 32 million per day would be lost...

Final 4 - NCAA Tourny is HUGE business.... I think yearly its worth more then MLB playoffs, and NHL Playoffs.

I do not think the networks could take the hit. I am sure they have something written in their contracts.

One reason I think College Players should get some kind of stypand is the amount of money the Universiies and those commercial interests are making. The players should have enough money to live comfortably, be able to grab a pizza, etc.... a few grand a month would not be bad.

Amen to that. I know the argument that they are getting a free education is out there but at the same time these guys are bringing in millions for their schools. I would not have a problem with paid on a progressive scale. Say $400 for freshman, $600 for sophomores, etc. If it was uniform for each class and school I don't see a problem with it.

Once you start allowing any of them to be paid then you have to keep up with what all of them actually got paid.

These kids should be in school to get an education, so that if they don't make it to the pros, or when their careers are over, the ones that weren't Jordans or Duncans or Robinsons can still find something gainful to do...

especially since these are the guys that aren't saving any money while they are playing.

I don't think CBS has an out from what I read on their contract, if the NCAA tourney goes ahead as planned.

And I already spent 50 bucks with Direct TV buying into all the games, wonder how the satellite and cable co's selling the packages will handle those refunds...

I just can't seem to get into NCAA this year, my interest just isn't there. I'm wondering if I've hit some type of sports "burnout" and need a break. Watching every season of NBA, NFL & college ball, it gets to the point it's like watching Die Hard 3 times a week for years on end... I think I need a year off from all sports or something.

Or maybe a year of PLAYING sports instead of watching them to burn off this webmaster flab!
