Here's a story about the lawsuit indicating it was only filed on August 24, 2010. So I wouldnt get excited over a default win. The issues were never adjudicated so this finding is a lower court ruling and has no effect on other cases before this court or any other court. http://www.techdirt.com/articles/201...11810791.shtml <---- they have a copy of the complaint.
