You can mark this one down as the classic "karma is a bitch" sort of thing.

Making a movie about your amazing life (that isn't really all that amazing, when compared with, I dunno, the Facebook dude), all the while apparently ignoring ignoring issues that face your business is just plain silly.

The real questions can now start: Where did the money come from to make the movie? Who actually has (and had) control of the cash all this time? Did Epass intentionally or unintentionally mislead cardholders before and during this crisis?

Just as importantly, what are the legal implications of the players? Did Epass represent themselves as an American company run by a guy in California, all the while actually being only an offshore shell run by someone else? Where did all the money go?

We also still don't have the answer for the monies on the Visa cards. Is that money in fact there, or is there only enough on hand to cover a single day's worth of transactions? Is all that Visa money present and accounted for, or is it in motion (or in a motion picture)?

Will everyone get their money out of this one, or will the lawsuits go on for a long time to come? I think that programs who wired money into Epass in the days leading up to the shutdown of the card services may have something to work from.

Then they woke up and realizes they don't have to do anything, because the people in the porn business will fuck it up all by themselves.

Think about it: Why did the St Kitt's bank shut off the Visa cards? It wasn't because it was used in porn, that is for sure. It isn't the government or anyone stepping in, just the porn industry shooting itself in the foot again.

Yea, but the industry is way too slow. They have a 4 year shelf life. They need faster results.

Heres the conclusion that several of us share on Epassporte...

Chris Mallick whos background is pretty damn checkered to begin with has a big mouth and one massive ego.
Ill never forget him in Miami - flashing his freshly bleached teeth and screaming at the clerk because his suite wasnt ready yet.
He made quite the impression on me that day pitching a fit and asking them did they know who he was?

Yeah Chris your the guy that chases Brittany Andrews around all weekend trying to get laid only to find out that she has to do you in the ass first.

I digress... several of us share the opinion that ...

1. The "bank" that they created from dust will eventually crumble to dust bringing the final end to the turd called Epassporte.
2. I can guess that the Epassporte cards were never fully funded but instead they only had enough in the bank to cover the withdrawl limit taking the rest of the cash to fund a short term investment... maybe like a movie to feed your ego and let you hang with the beautiful people?
3. The the daily limited funds on the Visa card were in fact the only amounts held by a 3rd party... IE the St Kitts Bank.
4. In the end when the movie tanked there wasnt enough money to actually fund those cards which is why the BANK not Visa moved to shut down the cards.
5. A lot of people are going to get fucked out of what they are owed becasue as youve seen theres a big run on the bank which wont allow them to build up the cash to bring the cards back up. Thats why you have several GFY heros teling you not to withdraw your money and that everything is ok.

So ashes to ashes and dust to dust and the beautiful people will continue to keep their mouth shut out of the fear of a lawsuit showing up in California...cuz you know beautiful people cant go to jail. And if this does come to pass [if he cant keep from opening his mouth to brag some more] Im guessing he starts naming names and pointing out dummy accounts etc. so he can get back to tanning.

Or maybe the proverbial move off the table comes when the Fed finally punk out the Mansef/Manwitch thieves and they give up some information on all of this to save their hide.

Of course this is only my opinion and God knows... Ive never been right about any of this before...

Gonzo, we need to confab. There's something so beyond fucked up regarding said company that you will totally fall out of your chair. I can't believe no one has put 2 and 2 together yet. They might have over at the zoo but I don't go there. However, the major news stories haven't hit the wires yet and that should be the biggest clue so far.

Gonzo, this event and it's fallout are what you and I have dreamed and talked about since day fucking one. You will not fucking believe it and I'll share it only with you. Let you decide whether to dish it out.

Again, the biggest clue to all this shit, whose behind it and what not is the fact the major media isn't touching this story with a ten foot pole. Also, what happened to the Wiki entries on Mallick and Epassporte? Hmmmmm
