I was up to almost 3 packs a day, and I've been smoking for 38 years. On January 5th of this year, I ran out of cigarettes and just said "enough is enough". I haven't had a cigarette since then. I used the patch for 4 weeks, and that was it for stop-smoking aids.
Of course, we won't talk about the 20 other times that I tried to quit smoking that failed miserably!
