I mean the talk in the press saying:

"The men, who knew the girl was 17, said they would pay her $500 to videotape a simulated sex act at a Tampa home and then took her to an adult club on Lois Avenue, according to Florida Department of Law Enforcement records."

Well isn't that her word against theirs type scenario?
And doesn't showing ID at a club possibly show she might have been using a bogus ID?
Even if they did know she was 17, (Which is probably made up by the press) I just find it difficult to think that Chastain and Holtz would actually ever fess up that they knew she wasn't of age for the press to state that.
