Wow you really know your geography, but you have never been to this neighborhood as we dont have sunsets nor are we allowed in the Stadium district. You are dealing with an abandoned house full of IT squater misfits who are hungry enough to eat you.

If it ain't the end of the world, you can certainly see it from Tacoma. Saving grace....the Tacoma Narrows Bridge, Gig Harbour and the Olympic Penninsula. And its only about an hour, traffic dependent, from Seattle, which is one of my favourite cities.
