hi guys / girls

i'm based in uk and my planned venture for a solo girl (plus guests) site fell through for various reasons. can't say i'm overly bothered as the potential to earn might have been minimal?

anyways, i've since been in communication with 2 great looking models who are happy working up to gagging to the point where food / liquid comes back up. i'm thinking (maybe wrongly) there is perhaps more potential to make £$ as this is definitely more of a niche than standard glamour type stuff

question is, is it legal to produce such content and if yes is it likely to be worth my while doing?

Legal? That's question for your lawyers in the UK.

Worthwhile? Well, there are several successful sites out there like that o there is a market for it. I certainly don't understand the appeal myself, but it does appeal to people and can be used to make money.

Now, as to yuor contention that a solo girl site might have been minimal money that is NOT the case. Sure some niches make more tan others but a good marketer can make good money for whatever niche they choose to do if done right.

One of the programs that impresses the hell out of me is http://www.ftvcash.com Single girl sites plus a megasite and it's primarily promoted through single girl maturbation scenes and a few girl-girl scenes and it sells like a mother fucker.

You can make any niche make damn good money if you know how to market it right and get the correct type of traffic to it. Don't fall into the trap that extreme automatically means more money. It very well might but it also carries more risk.

Legal? Here is maybe the easiest way to see what the temperature is in your part of the world: Go to 3 local adult magazine / video stores, and see how much gagging content you can find. Don't go to the seedy dumpy places, go to the places that normal people go to get their tittilation. If you can't find it, don't do it.

Based on current trends in the US, I would say any sex act that involves non-sex bodily fluids (pee, shit, puke, blood, ear wax) is probably somewhere near a borderline. Do you have the money (and the desire) to fight charges if they came up?

unless you're doing something totally totally wrong on all moral / legal levels ... why can't we just be left alone in this world to do as we please?!? thanks for the feedback, no i couldn't be bothered with potential legal backlash so i think i'll give it a miss. pity as the girls are nice and were up for it, and yes i was guilty of thinking 'more niche-ish therefore more chance of greater £$' but sounds as though it ain't worth trying.

1. having men getting head while having their heads shaved
2. women having orgasms on giant speakers while giving blowjobs

4. sex in open houses while getting a tour
5. pretty girls with really ugly overweight men
6. food fights and sex
7. girls doing chocolate dildos

You can still use the girls and not do the gagging content if you are worried about the legal ramifications. Plenty of other options there.

One other idea is that you may want to do the resale thing on their services, if they are willing to travel a bit. I am sure that content producers in maybe amsterdam or germany would be willing to pay for their special talents.

Nice one... as for gagging sites in the UK. Be careful with that one. Extreme porn can be illegal across the pond. The Obscene Publications Act controls on this issue.

Find a UK adult lawyer before you produce any content and make sure he/she reviews the content before publication.
