Some serious Questions for Gonzo (Advertisers you may want to read this!)

Gonzo, I asked you to delete my account. But instead of delete me, you made your website hand me fake Server too busy messages instead. Whats up with that? Click this link for screenshots:When I access this website via a proxy server, everything loads. But when I access it from my own IP address, I am given a SERVER TOO BUSY error. Gonzo, What's up with that?I was unable to post this message from my own IP address too, so I had to use a proxy. But as soon as I logged in as myself, I suddenly got endless Database too busy error messages.What's up with that? And finally, As you know I have been trying to figure out if it is worth advertising on Forums such as Oprano. Why then does Pornafia, who advertised on Oprano for at least the 4 months, have only 1 new member in that entire time? (In Janurary, Pornafia had 39 members. Today (May 14th), Pornafia has 40 members). Gonzo, What's up with that? Whosever SmellsLikeBullshit was, he was right. This website and everything about is definately bullshit. I'm out.

ummm... Toby I was referring to the sentence that obviously didn't need the word "written" to quality what kind of article it was. A series of books and articles would certainly be sufficient to make it clear she wasn't talking about an article of clothing.

Yes, I understood what you were referring to, and your example is very clear to you and I when used in the course of conversation. But... how many times have you seen lawsuits hinge on the interpretation of such terms in a document.

While "written article" may be superfluous for general use, I have no issue with it in the given context.

I did not write that it is how they have the form for that category worded... So, your beef is really with USPTO.

The USPTO did not have any issue with the use of "interenet porn" as they approved the filing of the trademark.

I guess i could have gotten more creative but there was not need to.

LOL. What the hell is a video or audio article? The only definition of the type of article that applies is #1 and the operative word is "written". If you read an article while being video taped the product is not called an article.

A video article would be pretty much any video that expounds upon a subject. Right off the top of my head, a videotaped interview would qualify.

Video is not always scripted so video commentary is not always written.

Same with audio files.

Prior to the internet I would not have thought of video or audio as articles per se, but apparently others are thinking the same way I am:

We can call them all vids I guess. But just like book could be composed of a series of articles, so could a video.

A book is composed of a series of chapters, not articles. Articles appear in newspapers and magazine, at least all of my life they have. But now some people want to expand the definition, but at my advanced age and considering I've always been a tough old dog to teach new tricks, I refuse to go with the flow.

Actually, you might consider a book like PJ O'Rourke's CEO of the Sofa, which is made up of nothing but articles printed in magazines. Does that make it less of a book?
