I'm not worrying about Oprano. But I do come to this site to see what's new. And since I'm talking to TheEnforcer about buying ads on BBS's, I am concerned that whoever has purchased adspace from you on Oprano might not be getting what they paid for. The ads have been broken for 2 or 3 days now, and I thought you should know.

Is it a problem with your server? Maybe Vbulletin? Maybe its just wrong code? (Maybe there's an "expert" here that can help you. Poke-poke..)

Again, sorry if I made you mad. I pick where I advertise VERY carefully and when I see missing banners, it grabs my attention.

The broken images are for new ad slots. Im sure Matt will give you prices for those as well.

The pussycash ad that you see in one slot has been comped since they have been a long time advertiser here. Flashcash has just given us a new one to add as well...another company given a free perk as we reorganize the board in live mode to minimize downtime.

Downtime means zero ads get displayed and Id rather have broken images in unpurchased new slots than to have the board offline anymore than it has to be.

When Matt is giving you prices for those new slots have him also give you pricing for the new index page that is going up as well.

Honestly before advertising anywhere... or giving me more of that free expert advice that you are so generous with you might look into fixing this problem.

Why would you have any downtime just to update some images, links or banners? Why don't you just have a "This Ad space available - click here for great rates" banner there instead of a broken image? Surely you can advertise for yourself? Or if a space is available, why not use it to promote one of your other programs?

There are no girls online Gonzo, but LiveCamNetwork.com isn't broken. We don't put models online at this time of the day because traffic is too low, and therefore sales are too low.

Here's our current traffic pattern:



You can see that we begin to pickup around 3pm, and it drops off a little after 2am. We manage our traffic very carefully.

Here's another, "wider" snapshot, showing that this pattern occurs every day.




We manage our traffic, and manage the chat times of the girls. All good here.

Like I said, I only wanted to point out that broken images don't make people rush to buy advertising. To most, I'd say this looks like whoever you hire to webmaster this site doesn't know how fix a very simple problem. As a potential advertiser, it's kinda scary.

To answer your question, we can only manage our own Live content, not the content of others. The MBASE feature you are talking about (described at http://www.2much.net/mbase.html) is in place and works well, but we can't demand that our customers put girls online at times of the day when traffic on LiveCamNEtwork.com is lower. However we encourage them to buy their own traffic for their sites and not rely on LiveCamNetwork.com.

It is a tough problem to be sure. For now, the most attractive thing to affiliates about our program is that many end users spend money several times Per Day, instead of only once per month like standard membership-based sites go. In addition, we're lucky enough to have really good retention, and really good conversion as well.

Well all I can say is once I moved www.Sexyteaser.com to Moocash I no longer experienced the same problems and immediately there were conversions and rebills even on a redirect. Fortunately moocash has models online all the time and my traffic converts with rebills. All of the problems I had while working with you seemed to vanish... Even the girls that I had tried to sign up on LCN's platform are much happier having moved over with me. I am not the only person to ever jump the LCN ship and be happier but why knock me for finding a place where my site and talent was more successful isn't that good business management?

How could I destroy TMM with how "little I know" you sure are giving me a lot of power. What is this name of this big client you just implemented TMM for?

With LiveCamNetwork, getting our live content online isn't as easy and straightforward as replacing broken images and links, (or as I'm sure you will agree, removing bad keywords left behind from an incompetent webmaster)





And just to show you that we know what we are talking about, here's our current traffic:

At this particular time we were taking in $26.94 per minute for all 1st person (that is, the customer that started the chat) in the group chat rooms + $8.98 Per Minute for each secondary person in the group chat rooms (That is, people who entered group chat after it had already started) + as much as $26.95 for 11 voyeurs that were watching some of the shows for a total of $62.87 Per Minute, minus of course the $12.57 Per Minute that we paid out to affiliates.

Yes our schedule is sporadic, Shellee, but when we rock, we rock. We tried to help you to do the exact same thing. You ignored us, did everything wrong, and then blamed us because you couldn't grasp even the most basic of concepts. Sorry Shellee, but we're through taking the blame for you.

The screenshot of LatinaCamNetwork shows different performers because this is the only performers that this webmaster has chosen to have appear on his website.

Thiis is the power of our Mbase Virtual Studio / Networking software, Shellee. Each webmaster can choose which models he wants at any time. Gay sites can have gay models, BBW sites could have BBW's, etc. Let me repeat that. Webmasters using our system have a CHOICE as to which chat models they want on your site.

That being said Shellee, none of our customers wanted your chat models on their sites. Your idea of "talent" was questionable and no one else wanted them, sorry.

Once again, this is a concept that was lost on you from day one, and unfortunately still remains lost on you to this day. We tried to tell you that Niche was extremely important. When you are going to charge a customer $5.00 per minute for a video chat, you really need to provide a really good service. The talent has to be nice, the video has to be clear, etc etc. Otherwise customers will look elsewhere.
