You're right, I'm wrong, sorry.

My records go back to May 5th last year, when I emailed you to point your domain to our servers. In order to have CCBill approve your site, you had to change your domain registration which for some reason was private.

So I guess you never took any advice, at least from us, in your several months in the industry.
