they are a sub contractor of HP. They recevied the laptop on 9/4 and after review sent it to another repair center via fed ex as they dont do that type of repair there.

I have to say the best customer service i have gotten so far was from the subcontractor

atleast they help me find out the laptop was lost even before i got the call from patrick fletcher at HP
