I think its a brilliant way to sell a bottle. You fill it with water, and charge a lot of money for it. You have to admire the idea.

There's a place in atlanta that has a "rent to own" plan for rims. You sign over the car when you rent the rims, so if you miss a payment they repo the whole car. Of course most of these cars are worth far less than even one of the rims.

But I could see the Bling Water selling well the same audience.
