Absolutely not, but if it's not true and by saying it you cause her mother to lose money or standing in the community, it could be libelous.

I really don't see how a review site could be found libelous unless the sponsor could prove that the review wasn't true, was purposely written with the intent of causing damage to the sponsor, the reviewer knew they were writing lies, and finally, that the review actually resulted in loss of income. There are a lot of good attorneys in this country, but I doubt there are many that could win that case.

I dare say there are a ton of "Nick"s out there...some much worse off than the 3131. Difference is most of them haven't put themselves on display.

I draw the line when "spammers" send porn to underage children and hide behind the "double opt in list" excuse. A nick I know spammed everyone with this crap. That is bad for everyone in our business. Short term gain, long term pain. These guys slowed down the internet. Scared away surfers and laughed all the way to the bank. But so do crack dealers and a nick I know put the profits back up his nose and now is stuck in the burbs struggling because you have to be a businessman or a "smart" crook to survive on the net today. "Back in the day" when "old school" were scamming and spamming any wanker with a computer could get rich. Those guys seem to be falling by the wayside or clutching at straws trying to do business with Russians and that is something you should always avoid at any cost.
