I hadn't seen any docs on it, only saw the various conversations (some of which you were involved in) but since you said that I went and looked and you are right, the doc I found was a case where you were the witness.

However, it does state in there that you were cited seperately, so don't play all innocent. But, being cited does not an arrest record make, so sorry about that.

Joe Jekel was on site during the January 7 burn and had employees working on the site later in January 1998. He was separately cited by OAPCA for his burning activities on this property
