Of course, alphabetical order puts Alan Alda first...it would be a better way of having the open if they want to maintain any kind of suspense.

I try to keep my "must watch" shows down to a bare minimum. Some years, that's easy. Other years...it's a pain. I especially *hate* having two shows I really, really like on opposite each other. We always end up with a tape full of stuff to watch, which is cool for weekends...until this year when he has homework and I have sites to build.

Mine balloned this year so that's why I switched from DirecTV to cable so I could get a DVR when I couldn't get my TIVO from DirecTV to work with my VOIP phone.

So now when I go to bed at night instead of the usual popping in a movie I'll watch something I TIVOd.
