Your avatar will only work if it fits the set dimensions in admin too which im reliably informed are set at 150x250 with a 5000k file size

We are changing some things as the templates were a nightmare, hence the colour changes and more. If you can upload an avatar now and remove the "edit profile picture" it should show sweetly .... sorry for the inconvenience guys.

Vick, somewhere in the options, you can adjust your 'view' of the board, and 'See avatars and sigs' is a checkbox in there.

It was off as default, may well still be.
