This one surprised me
 I thought the Chief would go first... O'connor is a moderate, a swing voter. So if he replaces her with a righty and then the chief gets replaced with a righty, or someone moves up to chief and they replace him with a righty, were fucked on my side Bush 2, won't make the same mistake as his dad and put in a liberal / moderate like Sueter
