This shouldn't really happen too much should it? Most of the bigger sponsors are already compliant, and for a single girl site compliance isn't a real obstacle if they really want to do it.

Affiliates are largely the ones that are going to have to scramble to get compliant.

would it be wrong and totally evil to start a betting pool on which major "players" shut their dooors due to the new 2257 regs (if the injunction doesn't happen)? maybe a pool on which ones will stick their heads in the sand and leave affiliates out to dry? which ones will quietly stop buying space on webmaster boards and start pulling up their tentstakes with no fanfare or press releases?

it will definitely be an interesting month of June...
