$500 design contest

I plan do develop http://mashups.com soon and am prepared to offer $500 to the person that comes up with the best logo and accompanying elements for it.

For those that don't know, mashups are where two or more records are mixed together to make a new one.

So, what I am looking for is a nice big (wide but not tall) head of page logo - maybe max 800 wide, that expresses the concept of mashups at a glance. The idea is that this site will be THE central source for mashups - so it needs to be THE logo! :)

To go with it I would like some buttons for links to a) mashup audio files themselves, b) sites containing mashups to download, and c) sites about mashups.

These buttons would preferably tie in with the logo.

If you want to enter the contest please post your logos in this thread so everyone can see your skills (maybe you'll get some design work from it), or email them to robin @ wmhq dot com if you want to keep them private. I'll keep this contest open until the end of May.

The winner will be announced here and will be sent $500 via PayPal on June 1st.
