I wanted to find out a couple opinions... I am working out an agreement with another webmaster...
He has a couple TGP sites that haven't been maintained for several months maybe a year and he hasn't the time to do anything with them. He also has a pay site and own content. He claims 60 to 600 bucks per month income and said he could be happy with 500 a month steady... I offered to split income over 500 bucks to take over everything for him but he is interested in starting everything from scratch. What would a fair arrangement be to manage the whole deal be? I was thinking of him paying any and all website related expense like hosting, registration, software, agreed upon advertising, etc. and I would do all the maintainence, marketing and promotion... On the TGP sites we would split income 50/50. He and I would get link rights on the TGP's and his income from his paysite would not be included in the split. I don't know what I should do about the pay site and content sales... I am sure he wants someone to manage that also... It needs all sorts of update work, starting from converting video clips into mpegs and scanning material to I'm not sure what but it is a working site. As an affilliate webmaster, a revshare pays 50% and everything as far as site work is taken care of so what would be fair for both people? _________________ Mike |
