Total retread of "Get Shorty", however nowhere near as smooth, very disjointed.
However, that said, I laughed out loud several times and had a good time. Critics should hate it. But it's an amusing way to kill a couple of hours if you like the cast. Travolta, Keitel, Uma, The Rock, Cedric the Entertainer, etc. And no one does a better job of creating a character that you want to just absolutely smack the shit out of than Vince Vaughn. . |
