Any "Get Shorty" fans here?

This looks like it's going to be a fun movie: http://videodetective.com/home.asp?PublishedID=343563

... And then there's Ice Cube as the new XXX! ... What were they thinking??

fantastic, elmore leonard is one of my favorites. His characters are so well made, they transalte perfectly on the big screen. And Chili Palmer is a great role for John Travolta.

Leonards novels make great movies.. Out of Sight, Get Shorty, Jackie Brown, the Big Bounce. Fun to watch

Cant wait for Be Cool, or his next novel converted to a movie Toshimingo Blues.

My dad read his novels when i was a kid. I still have his copies of the Big BOunce and 52 Pickup on my shelves.

I personally like Out of Sight the best, but that is because i am a big fan of the director, steven soderburg (Sex, Lies, and Video tape, Solaris). and Clooney sold that movie.

The ensemble casts they get together for these movies is great.
