Came across before and ordered chocolates from Wet Chocolates and came then saw this same site - playfulcash.com

seems like playfulcash.com stole info and images from The wet chocolate site

is this copyright infringment or what do you guys thinks?

I don't know shit about playfulcash.

wetchocolates was/is supposedly an exclusive product to azure (or at least that is the way it was announced) http://www.oprano.com/msgboard/index.php?s...l=wetchocolates

But it looks like playfulcash also has a domain name of playfulchocolates.com both are registered out of Boca Raton but while playfulcash shows a corp name of "Just Deserts", the playfulchocolates is registered to a Melissa Voitenko

So, looks like playfulmelissa is owning playfulchocolates which looks like a rip on azures wetchocolate which could explain all the drama the past little while that everyone was pretty tight lipped about. Ya know, where they said "she did something but we can't tell you what it was"

Which other thread ?

She changed her name to playful_melissa. I assume that is because she is now pushing playfulcash.

Anyway, I looked at the sites and I did not see any graphics that looked like they were stolen from one site to the other.

Probably a case where she was working for azure and doing lots of contacts with the chocolate manufacturer during which she said, "Fuck, I can do this". Then went and made her own deals.

If Azure did not have exclusive on the line of candy and only had exclusive on the brand name "wet chocolates" then anyone would be free to private label the product.

I would like to shed some light on whats really going on. Here was a press release that was posted mid November on this site. Azure has been served with a cease and desist order for the sale of SRK Labs proprietary chocolate.

PRESS RELEASE


SRK Labs of Boca Raton Florida manufacture of a female libido enhancing chocolate (patent pending) announced today that negotiations with Azure Labs of Boca Raton Florida for the distribution of the chocolates under the mark Wet Chocolates™ * have reached an impasse, in that the parties cannot reach a meeting of the minds on specific terms and provisions of an agreement.



In that regard, no further negotiations are warranted and SRK Labs will not manufacture or supply Azure labs with SRK labs patent pending proprietary chocolate.
