Weight classes are a must if you want to be fair. Lightweight, middleweight and heavyweight and then have a flop off between the winners of each weight class. You'd be surprised how good a flop a skinny guy can do it his heart is in it and he has masochistic tendancies.
But you don't really want Gonzo video taping, because he'd be your secret weapon.
