Now wait a sec. The games that were rigged were inhouse drawings that required a person to participate in deciding a winner, ie--Man draws ticket.

The card tables and machines were never mentioned and they are regulated by gaming commission.

But, having said that the Venetian is a tight casino and my favorite one is Tropicana because it is a tad loose at times and I count on it.

This is why I pretty much stick to the table games. There's no such thing as "tight" or "loose". The rules are pretty consistent at the big resorts on the strip, so the house edge is going to be the same no matter where you play.
