Just a heads up for anyone in Scottsdale 1/21-25, the Barrett Jackson Car Auction will be going on. I went last year and had a blast. Saw a 1957 Jaguar XKSS Roadster go for $1.1 million (good lord)...also, "Eleanor" 1967 Shelby GT500E was in the auction (went for $194,400).

But, if anyone is in town then let me know...We can key some fine cars together

The Jag didnt go that day, remember? It was at 950 and didnt make reserve... later on the sale was completed.

The Lawman Mustang was incredible last year too, just fantastic!

Saturday is the day to go, we really should get a group together to make a day of it, I know I'll be there again.

That's what I thought (about the Jag)...Then I saw on the site, they said it did "sold for $1.1 million"...who knows. I just want a 59' Caddy Conv.

Yeah, it finally sold but it was a couple months after the live auction to get it done, the reserve was 1.2 on it and the owner didnt want to come down.
Funniest sale had to be Don Johnsons cars last year... right before he go caught in Germany with all that money in the briefcase lol...
