But tell me, what are you going to do?
Me?
I think I'll totally panic and pray a complete unknown comes on this board , not knowing anyone here's back ground whatsoever and pricktease like an 18 yr old princess on prom night , and tells us his great idea that saves all our asses
;-))) LOL
Why should I give you credit?
You are hear ASKING us.
You want something from us , we don't want a thing from you.
I also know you came here asking us WITHOUT doing any research on us.
Therefore I doubt your idea is any good because you have exhibited that you DO NOT research.
In fact , it makes me suspect you are a moron.
My background....
I am a traffic whore.
Back in the day I was paid several million dollars by adult companies for my traffic.
At the moment Rx , mortgages , generic drugs etc etc will probably pay me another million in 2004 for my traffic.
If adult/porn dies , frankly I don't give a flying fuck....someone ALWAYS wants traffic for something,........
someone like ......................you
If serge was going to do anything for you which needed traffic ,one of the first people he would approach , is me
You'd know that if you did research.Which you don't.Therefore it is logical that your world shaking new project is also poorly researched.
and as for cj , I believe she may have a little knowledge of casinos. ;-)))
So either piss or get off the pot
You want something from us , we don't want a thing from you.
*** True
I also know you came here asking us WITHOUT doing any research on us.
*** True
In fact , it makes me suspect you are a moron.
*** great
I am a traffic whore.
*** good for you.
Back in the day I was paid several million dollars by adult companies for my traffic.
*** awesome
At the moment Rx , mortgages , generic drugs etc etc will probably pay me another million in 2004 for my traffic.
cool, you the man.
If adult/porn dies , frankly I don't give a flying fuck....someone ALWAYS wants traffic for something,........
someone like ......................you
*** Wow you really are the man. But nope, I don't need traffic, thanks for offering.
If serge was going to do anything for you which needed traffic ,one of the first people he would approach , is me
*** Serge is a very smart guy.
You'd know that if you did research.Which you don't.Therefore it is logical that your world shaking new project is also poorly researched.
you are right, I should have reseached.

Now can we all work together and make more money instead of seeing who can piss the farest.
Blogs are already mainstream. It was the big marketing push from last year. Matter of fact when used properly they can drive some search engine traffic back to your site.
Lets see theres blogger.com and then there's live journal. Thats about as mainstream as it gets. Hell everybody and their brother has one of those.... Corrupted Blog Example
You visionary thoughts on poker tournamenting scares me.

When i mean mainstream I mean everyone knows and talks abouts. Alot of people don't know how to use blogs yet.
lets see there is blogger.com who google.com owns and there is blogs.com the #2 hosting company. livejornal won't go very far.
did you know out of all my blogs the ones I have at blogspot.com(#1 blog in blog hosting) gets more attention in SE than my ones at blog.com(#2 in hosting)
the reason could be google.com owns them. so i focud more on blogspot.com than the others. I also learned to leave themon the free host to get better SE placement. for some reason they pick up all the stuff first at blogspot.com before websites that use blogger.com and host the blogs on thier own servers.

Yeah they all told me I was a stupid fuck for buying that amazon stock too when it crashed.
10 years ago at a sysops meeting I bought a program from Ed Hopper for $100 that took usenet groups and imported them too and from PCboard message bases. For shits and grins I applied [for free] to register gonzo.com .
All my buddies told me I wasted $100.

Blogs have been in mainstream for years. Coming damn close to a decade now. They just weren't called "blogs" until recently.
Ever heard of Slashdot? Fucked Company? Nuke? PostNuke? Even the one I worked on, Geeklog?
Before they were called blogs, they were "content management systems". They started as single-user live journal update scripts and quickly grew into multi-user environment publishing scripts.
Just recently one of our well-known adult webmasters, TDavid, participated in the 3rd-annual Blogathon. Unofficially it's been going for 4 years, and even then the founder (Cat) was late to the game. People have had blogs since the first moment they discovered they could post random thoughts to their sites and other bored surfers would come read them.
Two years ago the term "Google Bomb" came into play from people with these blogs getting together and linking certain terms to certain pages for the desired effect of having Google point to that page whenever the phrase was searched for - an often funny, if not humiliating, experience for whomever/whatever the search phrase was about.
Mainstream has been eyebrow-deep in blogs for years. The next big thing? It's been a big thing forever and a day.
Just because you just recently noticed them doesn't mean that they're new.

I know they are not new. I'm saying it will be big with mainstream. That's means the everyone, the ones who get online for the first time to the ones who been in for a decade will have a blog of some kind. Blogs hasn't even come near to the potenal it has. Just the last 6 months media companies have been worried about them.
I just want to be a part of something that could help make money and build biz relationships arould the adult industry
************************************************** ***
I can help you there....
VERY soon Oprano is gonna take ads from online gambling companies and we'll have another sub-board
(take a look at them all at http://www.oprano.com/msgboard/
if you wanna:
1) moderate it (as you obviuosly know what you are talking about)
2) sell advertising on it (we'll split with you all the business you can bring to make it worth your while)
you'll be able to accomplish your goals, have the cake and eat it too.
the other thing I don't feel good about it:
Oprano will actually have to organize the games online,
which is a subject to local laws/regulations and the subject to legal liabilities of the unknown proportions...too thin of a line for me to throw my hat into

you could do it with tournament software and not even be associated with any online gaming company. it's not hard to set up.
Man throws 1m yen from tower
From correspondents in Tokyo
December 23, 2003
A MAN who wanted to share his stock market winnings with the public tossed a million yen ($12,780) worth of US dollar and yen bills from the observation deck of a tower in central Japan today, causing a scramble for the money in the streets below.
The unidentified man grabbed wads of dollar ($1.37) and 100 yen ($1.27) notes from two shopping bags and threw them through an open window of the room at the TV Tower in Nagoya. The room is 100 metres above the street.
The money rained down on the footpaths and streets, where people chased the wind-blown cash. The 100 yen bill is no longer in circulation.
Afterward, the man told NHK television that he wanted to give away some of his profits from playing the stock market earlier this month.
"I have too much money. I don't need it," he said. "I wanted to give some back to the world."

I can think of at least one conflict.... Shoot, this is the first time I find myself going to a show wondering exactly how unfriendly another company is going to be with me. I've never had a pissing match with anybody in the industry and I did my best to avoid this one... but oh well, all I can do is try. There isn't much I can do when someone doesn't respond to calls, e-mails and ICQ messages!
