Hey Serge

Yea had some trub getting Spike hes been out of town, lined up a call for this afternoon and should have some more info after that,

Im assuming Spike will shuffle the laywer of to there lawyers before we get a real good picture of how things stand.

I doubt our friends over here would have assmebled such a big team of people iof they didnt think there was a good chance tho

They have some reserachers reseraching, patent lawyers patenting and inhouse legal team coordinating everything.

Im getting a little boner for sure

Hey FTP

The pror art should prob go to Spikes lawyers, the guys i am dealing with prob wont become invovled in this case other than to provide the basis to have acacia shut down.

The boys we talking to prob are looking for the real big fish later on

I send off prior art finds already to the defendants attorney...as well as 2 other attorneys in mainstream.

To have Acacia shutdown means SEC kind of stuff......... and there is some potential sniffing to do there.....

Big fish later on? There is no one big fish, it's a bunch of big fishes.

Acacia, SightSound, USA Video all going after patent infringements that are huge in scope. PanIP, SBC, E-Data, DET, the list goes on and on...lots of patent infringement, lots of patent abuse, lots of money spent on litigation. The real big fish is the Patent Office and going after patent reform.... that's the Moby Dick.
