If we were talking about adware or spyware then yes I probably dont have any recourse, this has nothing to do with those products, and we believe we have legal recourse and we are preapered to spend the money to test it. We are also preapred to test other legitimate avenues to hold Shawn and Sextracker SOLELY responsible and accountable for there actions.
As far as adware and spyware products go, i think when those products mature then everyone will be using them including webmasters

Not any way you see fit, but I do believe that if you spell out clearly in your EULA what the software will be doing and the user clicks OK, then they've got nothing to bitch about.
Just like the adult industry relies on that forgotten membership, the software folks rely on users not reading the EULA.
You could sneak "this software will blow up your computer and cause smoke to rise from the back of your CPU within 15 minutes of installation" into your EULA and no one would catch it until they had installed it on their third frigging machine...

Loosely, its definition is any machine that is not cooperating in the sense that it is doing exactly what you told it to do, but not exactly what you want it to do.

The scoop is, that message boards can be amazing tools and in this particular situation they were so successful Sextracker are in contact with our lawyer and dealing with the problem.
My lawyer has since told me to shut the fuck up as they do...
We are hoping for a satisfactory resolution to the situation
Wish I could say more but lawyers are a pain in the neck when you dont need them and a pain in the pocket when you do need them, so I gotta take his advice at the moment

I don't use'em, did until The 1st version of Ad-ware reported sextracker as spyware. still reports it and so does spybot. I like people the that visit my pages after all they make it possible for me 2 buy Food. I dam sure don't want my pages putting spyware on there Puter's. I'm Not saying they do but
