There is, or at least was a rule here, that if you were going to carry a resource site in your sig, you needed to have a link back to Oprano....

Other than that, it is just common decent courtesy if you are going to link to the "competition" to at least carry a recip.......

But, I guess the "Common Decent" part is what would rule you out.....
