As far as neighbor - I have been friend with Sharky LONG Before I moved to Tampa. I like him and his family, and consider them friends. I will trying peeing on their lawn soon though!

I have NOTHING against Sharky, he NEVER been within the orbit of my business interests,
in this particular case he is just a part of the board statistics.
