OK I have Anthony from production on the line now... apparently they're having some webmaster problems and he's on the production end so he's trying to find out what's going on.

I was just curious to know if the same person is responsible for replying to customer support emails, burning and sending cds, and if their ftp info is delivered via an automated system or if someone manually uploads the sets and manually sends ftp info to the customer.

I've purchased content from companies that do it both ways and I have to say that those who have the content online, ready to go with an automated system that delivers the instant ftp info are the best!

I've worked with a few others who manually upload content, then email ftp info, and request an email back so they can remove the content from their servers, which works well too.

Anthony was very nice, and apologized for the delay and is looking into the problem for me...

All I wanted to know is if the company is still around. Now that I know they are, I'm much more comfortable waiting.

I have seen other detailed posts here and didn't realize that it was horribly inappropriate to explain my situation, which illustrated and justified my concern, I'm sorry that you did. Confusing as it may be - this thread got me some action and my problem will soon be solved...
