There are a few easy steps to making money:

1. Make sure you get good content - I would suggest trawling the news groups and pulling down all the pictures you like.

2. Select a good billing company. IMHO WebSiteBilling and DMR are the pick of the bunch.

3. Get some quality bandwidth from a company like.... woah, what was their name again....?

4. make sure you advertise by emailing as many people as you can. this is really important. The more emails you send, the more money you will make.

5. If you can do cross sells, try to do a minimum of 3. If you can do 4 or 5, even better, it simply magnifies your income by a factor of 5 at the end of the day.
