), I've been complaining about the site from day 1. Dealing with salespeople and programmers who aren't webmasters is NOT fun.

I'm working with them (read: sending copies of complaints, hehehehe) and I honestly want everyone to hit me with ANY problems/complaints/criticisms/etc. and I WILL make sure you're taken care of in the form of special deals

Peaches, the best way is to design your own templates, then get a graphics guy to make them pretty and then send it to the programmers and tell them to make it work...

There is only one person that cares 100% about YOUR business and that's YOU ;-)
